Michael Reiss von Filski
I was born in 1974 in Switzerland into a Swiss, Spanish, Austrian and Hungarian family and studied Law (LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law, MA in EU Law)
My family was always very fond of motorcycling and my passion for modern and vintage motorcycles has grown over the years.
I served as Executive Director of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, after having worked in the diplomatic service. In 2003, I joined a Swiss Family Office and its global network of Law Firms, Accounting Firms and Consulting firms, where I still serve as CEO.
As a non-executive director, I represent several companies in the areas of trading, luxury goods, finance, real estate and motorcycles in their boards.
Since 2013, I am an accredited observer to the EU Parliament. In 2014, I was invited to join the International Advisory Board of LSM Louvain School of Management in Belgium.
Vito Ippolito
I was born in Monopoli (IT) and travelled to Venezuela at the age of two. I studied in Caracas and graduated in Philosophy at the University of Florence.
In 1983, after the early death of my father, I worked with my brother as Sporting Director of the Venemotos Racing Team until 1992. Meanwhile, in 1984 I was elected a member of the CCR (FIM Road Racing Commission) until 1990. In 1983 and 1986 with Team Venemotos we won the World Championship in the 250 cc class with the brilliant rider Carlos Lavado.
In 1983 I was elected President of the Latin American Motorcycling Union, a position I held until 1998. In 1997, together with my family, we created the Andrea Ippolito Foundation dedicated to supporting sports motorcycling and we also organized a valid Motocross World Championship in the prestigious 250 cc class on ten occasions.
In 1990 I was elected as a member of the FIM Council and after a period as Deputy President I was elected President in 2006 for three terms until 2018.
Claudio Ippolito
Andrea Ippolito’s passionate devotion to speed was inherited by his second offspring, Claudio, a born competitor, who became one of the best Venezuelan motocross specialists in the seventies.
Born in Caracas in 1957, Claudio Ippolito started racing without his father’s knowledge, and under the tutelage of a friend of his: Mario Laghi, a former motorcycle speed racer in the 1950’s. It was Laghi who would sign for the pre-teen Claudio his first permits to participate in motocross and it was not long before the young prospect began to stand out in the up-and-coming discipline, where he distinguished himself in the 200 cc Novatos class in 1971, as a member of the team Venemotos-Yamaha, of course.
A major protagonist in an era that brought together the apogee of motocross talent, Claudio Ippolito also shone in events outside Venezuela, when he won the 1974 Pan-American in the 125 cc class, an event developed in Chile. A year earlier, he took part in the Yamaha Festivals in Japan, where he also put up an outstanding performance.
Serious injuries together with his university studies United States, led the youngest of the Ippolito brothers to reduce his sporting commitments, but he became directly involved in the work of the company founded by his father.
In 1983, both Claudio and his older brother Vito had to take on the tough challenge of continuing the legacy of their father, who died so young in February 1983. Along with the business aspect, Claudio Ippolito also actively supported the development of the Venemotos-Yamaha racing team, becoming the race director of the ten editions of the Venezuelan Motocross Grand Prix that took place between 1988 and 1999 on the Andrea Ippolito track that was built in the city of Maracay.

Natalia Ippolito
I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, in 1977. Since I was 5 years old, however, I have lived in Florence. I grew up in the district of Santa Croce and then in San Niccolò. I have played volleyball as a professional for many years and only those who have practised sports can understand how much this experience shapes the character.
I am used to working hard, and to always teaming up. However, I am also empathetic and able to get along with everyone. I am a corporate type, exacting and extremely precise in everything I do. My passion for motorcycling was transmitted to me by the family, especially for Road Racing where I once had ambitions to learn to race. I am used to travelling because my family is scattered around in Greece, Switzerland, London and South America. I speak English and Greek, I “get by” in Spanish and French, and I have studied all aspects of graphic arts in Florence!
For twenty years I have worked in advertising agencies, some large and some small, both fashionable and nonconformist ones. I always had a lot of fun doing my job. I grew up to act professionally, learning from others and from situations.
